Rolls of Chinese cabbage with dandelions, carrots and sesame
Vegan Recipe of Chinese cabbage rolls with dandelion, carrots and sesame seeds.

Chinese cabbage leaves 5 pcs .;
Dandelion leaves 50 g;
carrot 1 pcs .;
ginger root 20 g .;
onions 20 g .;
sesame seeds 2 tsp.;
Chili powder 1/4 tsp.; salt to taste; ground coriander; oregano - 1/2 tsp.;

Marinade: 250 ml. water; lemon juice or apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp. spoons; sugar 2 tbsp. spoons; salt 1/2 tsp.; cloves 3 pcs .; bay leaf; bell pepper.
Dandelion leaves rinse in cold water. In pure water to dissolve a spoonful of baking soda and put dandelion leaves for 5 minutes. Then the leaves of the dandelion remove soda solution and placed in clean salt water for 1 hour. An hour later, clean dandelion leaves take out of salted water and spread on a clean, dry towel to drain excess water.

Chinese cabbage leaves is detachable from the head of cabbage, cut off the top part of the thickened. Ginger and onions peel. Dandelion leaves, onion and ginger in a bowl put the food processor and grind.
By the crushed leaves of dandelion add julienne carrots, oregano, coriander, chili, salt, sesame. All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Spoon spread the mixture on the edge of the green leaf Chinese cabbage. Wrap the roll.

Prepare the marinade: water to boil, add sugar, salt, cloves, bay leaf, peppercorns, and, in the end, lemon juice or apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp. spoon. Pour this marinade rolls and place on top of the yoke.

Many traditional drinks are indigenous to Russia and are not present in other national cuisines. Medovukha, an alcoholic drink similar to mead. Kvass is an ancient and still widely popular bread-based drink. The basic method of preparing kvass includes water, bread and sugar, these ingredients are then used to make a dough which is subjected to fermentation. This final mixture is allowed to brew for several days. Flavor additives may include fruit and berry juices (cherry, raspberry, lemon, etc.), as well as ginger and mint.

Sbiten, a non-alcoholic (or very little alcohol) drink, is made of honey, water, fruit juices and spices, an immensely popular medieval drink which has since been replaced by tea as the Russian mainstay beverage. Sbiten was once the most popular non-alcoholic bevarage in the country, but in the last centuries has, been superseded and largely replaced by tea.
