Ingredients:
100 g (3,5 oz) carrot, scraped, grated.
3 tbsp green onion, washed, chopped.
1 cucumber, washed, cubed.
1 tbsp olive oil.

For decoration:

Melissa leaves.

Method:

1. Mix grated carrot with cubed cucumber and chopped green onion. 

2. Flavour with olive oil. Stir thoroughly.

3. Decorate with Melissa leaves.
