Apple Pie "Sharlotka".
Cooked from the old bread.


Apple pie SharlotkaIngredients:
stick of stale white bread,
3 tbsp butter,
700 g (1,5 lb) Apples, skinned, cored, sliced.
3 tbsp sugar,
2 cups sweet tea.

Directions:
1. From stale white bread delete the root, slice the bread into fine slices and dip into sweet tea.
2. Put slices of bread on cook sheet or skillet a well greased with oil and sprinkled by zwiebacks for the cake.
3. Interleave layer bread with layer cleaned from skin and core, fine slices of Apples. Top layer must be with bread.
4. Bake in oven until golden brown on top.
