Apples stuffed with raisins
and dried apricots.

200 g (7 oz) apples, washed, cored.
For stuffing:
20 g (0,7 oz) dried apricots, washed, chopped.
15 g (0,5 oz) raisins, washed.
15 g (0,5 oz) almonds, chopped, toasted.
15 g (0,5 oz) sugar.
icing sugar and 1 g (pinch) ground cinnamon to dust.
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients for stuffing.
2. Cut top of each apple, take core away. Scoop out the seeds and discard them. Fill apples with the stuffing mixture.
3. Put the stuffed apples into greased pan with oil. Bake in the oven on low heat until done. Before serving scatter with icing sugar mixed with ground cinnamon.
