Rice Sochivo.

Cooking and recipes. wheat, honey, walnuts, poppy seedsIngredients:

200 g (7 oz) rice,
350 ml (1/2 pint) warm water,
2 - 3 tbsp honey,
100 g (3,5 oz) walnuts,
100 g (3,5 oz) poppy seeds
50 g (1,7 oz) raisins
sugar to taste

Cooking Instructions:
Place rice in a mixing bowl and pour on the hot water, add sugar and stir. Cover and cook until rice tender. Chill.
Grind walnuts and poppy seeds to a medium fine consistency, add honey. Mix together with the cooked rice, add raisins. If you want add boiled water to taste.
