Cold Soup with sauerkraut and mushrooms.

Ingredients:
✔ 2 tbsp salted mushrooms, canned, chopped.
✔ 2 cup sauerkraut.
✔ 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped.
✔ 2 marinated cucumbers, cubed.
✔ 2 tbsp green onion, chopped.
✔ 2 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped into halves.
✔ 2 tbsp sour cream.
✔ 1,5 litres (3 pint) - Rye bread's kvass (drink).
✔ salt, sugar, to taste.
Directions:
1. First six ingredients put into bowl.
2. Place into refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Pour kvass into mix, add salt, sugar, sour cream and stir well. Serve cold.
