1 head Cauliflower, broken into small florets
1 egg, beaten.
salt to taste
0,5 tsp dried ground greenery (parsley, dill, Celery) or to taste
5 - 7 tbsp flour
4 - 7 tbsp oil
1. Beat egg up with dried ground greenery and salt.
2. Dip Cauliflower florets in beaten egg, than coat with flour. Place on very hot skillet and fry in oil until golden, stirring.
3. Serve immediately, with ketchup.
