Cucumber stuffed with tomato and egg.


Ingredients:
3 fresh cucumbers, washed.
lettuce leave.

For stuffing:
1 tomato, chopped in cubes.
parsley leaves, chopped.
3 - 5 tbsp sour cream.
1 egg, hard boiled, chopped.
salt to taste.

Method:
1. Cut the cucumbers into halves horizontally. Take away seeds. Set aside.
2. Mix tomato cubes with egg, cucumber and sour cream. Add parsley leaves and salt. Stir.
3. Put the mixture into each half of cucumber. Decorate the stuffed cucumber with parsley leaves and serve on lettuce leave.
