Healthy Oatmeal Cutlets.

Котлеты из фасоли с шампиньонами, грибами

Ingredients:
✔ 2 cups oatmeal, flakes, cooked in the 2 cups water.
✔ 200 g (7 oz) butter.
✔ 3 onions, finely chopped and fried in the oil.
✔ 1 egg, beaten.
✔ 2 cup bread crumbs, 
✔ 50 g (1,8 oz) cheese, grated.
✔ 4 - 5 garlic cloves, crushed.
✔ mushrooms, champignons
✔ salt to taste.
✔ oil to fry
✔ wheat flour to coat.

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients. Stir thoroughly.

2. Shape balls from the mixture, coat each ball with the flour.
3. Fry the cutlets them in large skillet for approx. 5 - 7 minutes per side or until done and to suit your taste.
5. Serve hot.
