White gingerbreads with starch.
Ingredients:
✔ 200 g (7 oz) sugar,
✔ 50 g (1,8 oz) wheat flour,
✔ 100 g (3,5 oz) starch.
✔ 4 eggs, beaten,
✔ 200 g (7 oz) almonds, finely chopped.
✔ 1 nutmeg, ground.
✔ pinch ground spices: cinnamon, cardamom.
Method:
1. Whisk eggs. Combine with sugar.
2. Gradually add all remained ingredients in 3 additions, mixing after each addition. Knead the dough. Roll out dough on a well floured surface. Put crust on greased baking sheet, and bake in temperature 200-220 С / 392 - 428 F oven.
