Iced coffee Slush.

I like this coffee because I can keep it in the freezer all the time and have it whenever I want.

3 cups hot strong brewed coffee
1,5 - 2 cups sugar
4 cups milk
2 cups half and half
1,5 tsp vanilla extract

1. In a freezer-safe bowl, stir coffee and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.

2. Add the milk, cream and vanilla. Freeze. Remove from the freezer several hours before serving. Chop mixture until slushy, serve immediately.
Yield: 12 servings - freeze it in smaller containers so you don't have to thaw it all at once.
