✔ 500 g (1,1 lb) cabbage (white firm head), sliced into julienne strips.
✔ 5 - 7 potato, cooked, peeled, sliced
✔ 3 - 4 tbsp olive oil
✔ 250 g (8,8 oz) fresh mushrooms, washed and chopped
✔ 2 tbsp flour; fried, until golden
✔ ground pepper, greenery, salt to taste
1. Put in the pot by layers: potato, cabbage, mushrooms. Stew.
2. Fry flour, pour a dollop of water into fried flour and stir thoroughly. Add the mixture in the pot. Simmer on low heat, stirring regularly.
3. Add remained ingredients, bake in the oven, until cooked.
