Mushrooms salad with green peas.

Ingredients:
✔ 3 medium size potato
✔ 2 hard-boiled eggs
✔ 1 - 2 small pickled cucumbers
✔ 1 small fresh cucumbers
✔ 1 medium onion
✔ 100 g (3,5 oz) canned green peas
✔ 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped.
✔ 350 g (12,3 oz) canned mushrooms.
✔ 3 - 4 tbsp of mayonnaise
✔ Salt, black pepper, according to taste.
✔ 3 tbsp shredded fresh greenery (dill, parsley, green onion).

Directions:

1. Boil potato with the skin on until tender. Drain, chill, peel.
2. Drain canned mushrooms. Cut potato, cucumber, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms into small cubes.
3. Drain canned green peas well and place them in a mixing bowl.
4. Chop onion very finely. Flavour, mix all ingredients together. Stir in mayonnaise. Makes 5 - 7 servings.
