Cucumbers pepper Salad, cooking vegetarian food.

Description: This salad is very attractive and tasty.
✔ 2 cucumbers, sliced thin.
✔ 1 purple onion, chopped finely.
✔ 2 red bell pepper, sliced thin.
✔ 1 tsp garlic powder, crushed.
✔ pinch ground black pepper
✔ 1 - 2 tbsp oil
✔ 1 tsp sugar
✔ tbsp fresh parsley, chopped.
✔ 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped.
✔ salt to taste

Combine pepper, dill, parsley, garlic powder, oil, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add sliced vegetables to mixture. Stir until all vegetables are coated. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
