
Tuna salad.

1 can tuna, drained, crushed with fork.
8 oz. rice, cooked.
2 eggs, hard boiled, cubed.
1 cup onion, finely chopped.
1/2 cup celery, chopped.
Salt, ground pepper, chopped dill, parsley to taste.
mayonnaise.
Cooking Instructions:
Rinse cooked rice with cool water and drain well. Chill. Add remaining ingredients to rice. Mix well with mayonnaise. Decorate. Serve.
