Stuffed goose with apples.

This unusual dish with delicate, fine taste will conquer the hearts and stomachs of the strictest gourmets.
1 goose, washed.
Ingredients for Filling:
1 - 1,5 kg tart apples, cored, chopped.
2 tbsp butter.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Fill the goose with chopped apples. Season with salt.
2. Bake in the oven with butter for 1,5 - 2 hours, pouring over the jus from the sheet regularly. If need add cup of water.
Serve hot.
